Days 7 and 8

Day 7 (sunday)
Workout-
45 minutes cardio

Food-
I honestly cannot remember what I ate yesterday. I know I drank 60 oz of water. LOL...

Day 8 (today/monday)
Workout-
40 minutes cardio

Food-
breakfast-granola bar
lunch-ham and cheese sandwich
dinner-taco salad
water-so far Ive drank like 50 ounces...got half a bottle left to go to be done for today...Its only 7, im sure I can finish it before bed....

So Ive been feeling really great. During my workouts I want to die...I HATE working out, but after I feel so good...plus the tanning is helping so much with my mood. I HATE winter as much as I hate working out. LOL. I seriously havent lost any more weight, but I can fit a pair of jeans better than I couldnt fit as good 2 weeks ago. They were tighter than crap 2 weeks ago, now they are still tight, but not so tight that I wont wear them. I cant wait until they fit perfectly. Anyhow I worked out early today, so I am exhausted. I cant wait for bedtime. LOL.
