Day 3

Did good today. :)

Worked out this morning. First thing. It was great getting it out of the way early.

Cardio-30 mins on elliptical then 15 walking on treadmill-felt great after!!
Weights-10 mins

I tanned again, and Im officially burnt as a lobster. I should have probably skipped today and done it tomorrow. Looks like Im SO not tanning tomorrow...haha. I am going to cancel my friday appointment and possibly tan on saturday morning if my skin isnt hurting. LOL...the sad thing is Im only tanning 10 mins...that shouldnt be burning me...that is how drastically white and pasty I am right now. Haha...

Food-
Breakfast-with the rush of the morning getting Tate to school, I had 3 ricecakes...it counts as food...but totally like 12 calories...oh well...
Lunch-PF Changs...it was delicious. I got Honey Chicken, which was so good...it was breaded, so not good for you at all, but I didnt get an appetizer, which I always do, AND I got brown rice instead of white. :D At least I chose a healthy option. OH and I got a water too. :D
Dinner-I ate my PF Changs leftovers from lunch. IT WAS THAT GOOD!! :D
Dessert-I ate 1/2 of Rowans Fruit Crisp bar...so that was 50 calories...but yummy calories. And an orange.
Water-82 oz

I did get a cappucino today when I got gas...bad item...empty calories. Oh well...it happens.

So I ate OK...minus the breaded chicken and the cappucino. Everything else was decent. I could have asked for grilled chicken, but I didnt want to. LOL.


I weighed myself on the Wii Fit tonight...probably dumb since I drank SO much water today, and it was a night weigh...normally I do morning weighs before I eat and after I pee...but Josh was doing it so I did it anyways. It said I was up 0.2lbs...I can handle less than a pound...plus since Ive been working out all week, my body is probably gaining a little muscle. PLUS all the water/food...I am gonna weigh again on saturday morning. Im not too worried about the small gain...you always gain a couple before you lose, right? Thats my motto. Haha...Anyhow, as much as I would LOVE for it all to just melt off in a week, its not going to happen that way, it didnt the first time I got fit, and its not going to this time, especially after 2 children and being pretty lazy for the past 3 years. I havent worked out in 22 months...that alone is enough for me to be happy that Im getting back on the wagon. Im doing great! I know Im going to stick with this! :D I cant wait to do my measurements on March 1st. I was going to do Feb. 1st, but Im really guessing not much will have changed by then, so I know Ill at least see a change by March 1st. So thats my next measure date...weighs will be weekly. I just cant wait to go buy some new jeans, in like a 10 instead of a 12 or higher. I cant wait to get back into a 34c bra...but im not getting my hopes up, I just CANT wait for smaller ta ta's!

Uhg a 34 C. I long for the days. I have the band number but I'm still an f/g. I thought I would have them reducing after just 5 pounds but because I don't want big boobs of course they wont go away. You may want to check your band number. I found out that I've been wearing the wrong size bra's for years. No wonder I never had any support. The band should feel snug on the first hook. I was always taught that it should feel comfortable on the second one but turns out every time you wear it it stretches. This way it lasts longer and fits properly. Who knew.

I have some awesome recipes for foods that you can fill up on and feel like your eating horrendously but your really not. I've got this substitution thing down pretty well now and can make almost anything taste good. I ate like a pig yesterday and still had 3 points left over (doing weight watchers).
