Ok so I did join the gym today. Well re-joined. I realized that it has actually been 22 months since I have been to the gym. Man...thats almost 2 years!!!!! Anyhow, I ended up getting a great deal, better than I planned. I get the gym membership, tanning, and kids club for 23 bucks a month! :D Its 44 for all of that regularly, but since we (Mal and I) were members before they gave us the good deal. I was SO glad! Technically they didnt have to give me the deal since it has been so long since my contract ended...22 months ago!! Man...anyways, Im SO happy!
So today I ate pretty good, calorie wise, I did great. Ive drank over 60 oz of water today, and I worked out! Yay! I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and did some weight machines. I tanned too. I am so happy about the tanning again. I used to love how I looked before when I was thinner and tan. I just know that Im going to do good this time around too because I just feel so motivated. I am SO ready to like myself again...:) Anyhow, so now Im going to try to use my blog like I used my OD a long long time ago...:) I will be putting my food, water, and workouts on here everyday to keep me going.
for today-
breakfast-rice krispies w/ milk
lunch-mcd's cheeseburger (yeah I know, BAD choice for first day of working out...LOL BUT I only got the cheeseburger, not a whole meal...)
dinner-chicken stir fry & a 1/2 cup of la choy crisp noodles
dessert-Fig Newton fruit crisp (These things are awesome! Ok well they at least were for me...its only 100 calories for a package of them, its like 2 thin bars in a package. Satisfied my "sweets" craving after dinner.)
workout-
30 minutes cardio
10 minutes weights
OK...sorry if this all gets boring to you guys...I just really need to keep with it to stay motivated.
OK Im posting my measurements too...for the beginning, I think I will do weigh ins every week, and measurements once a month.
So todays weight and measurements- (I did these measurements like 4 days ago...so probably still right around where I am at since I havent lost anything in the past couple days.)
Weight-143
Hips- 40 inches
Stomach-38 inches
Waist-30.5 inches
Thigh-24 inches
Arm-11.5 inches
OK...so those are my measurements. NOT pretty, but oh well, hopefully its temporary!
(AND sorry to bore all that dont really give a crap about this stuff...haha! I promise I wont be mad at anyone for not posting comments about my diet entries...they are really just for my own little motivation...)

I'm glad we got awesome deals too. Stephanie just wouldn't stop mentioning "its just such an odd number!" lol
I'm glad we are going too. How you said you know you'll do good because you're just so motivated, you're READY to like yourself again, I feel the same exact way! Yay for my workout buddy! :D :D
